It took a while, but Sony Computer Entertainment America has now started a blog to report on all things PlayStation related.
Similar to Microsoft's Gamerscore Blog, the new PlayStation.Blog will feature updated news tidbits, game announcements, developer updates, opinions, and miscellaneous posts written by execs and public relations representatives from SCEA.
"PlayStation.Blog is a bit of work in progress, we see it as a place where we can share with you our company's collective insights, opinions and perspectives on all things related to SCEA, PlayStation and the industry we play in," wrote SCEA's senior PR manager Patrick Seybold in the blog's inaugural post.
Interested PlayStation users can read and comment on some of the blog's previous posts, which have so far dealt with issues such as the latest Folding@home stats, PS3 system software update 1.80, and an interesting photo of a tattoo taken near one of the PlayStation trucks.
