The journey for Mass Effect 3 has been rocky one, both in game and in real life.
While series protagonist Commander Shepherd faced the deadly Reapers in a fierce battle for the future of the universe, the game itself was marked with some controversies surrounding the ending.
While BioWare has been releasing new DLC since the game's release last year in May, EA is rounding off its support for the game with the last batch of digital downloads.
The Mass Effect 3: Citadel single-player pack will be released on March 6 and will be the last DLC to come out to the game, at least from a single player perspective.
The pack will provide fans of the game with "one final, sentimental journey" with Commander Shepard and their squad, so anyone who is not satisfied with the game experience by this point will have to give up hope for any additional changes to the game's controversial ending.
EA has disclosed a 1200 MS Points price for Mass Effect 3: Citadel.
In the lead-up to the single player DLC, Mass Effect 3: Reckoning DLC came out on February 27 as a free download.
The digital pack consists of new characters, weapons and upgrades for the game's multiplayer mode.

Andrew Suhrer said: So let me get this straight they are going to say good bye to Mass Effect 3 and apparently Shepard and crew by adding a DLC that does jack shit for the game or the ending and not even explain the breathing scene How the hell is that a good sent off How the hell do they expect fan to come back after getting kicked in the balls over and over for the last year How people like the original and the EC is beyond me Hell at this point if they would have at least elaborated on the fucking breathing scene I would have been okay Why the hell does Shepard live only in that ending as isnt going to be answered even in ME4 How is that a good way to wrap things up Im more than likely not coming back to Bioware ever again at this point Hope I am wrong but after being betrayed like this Im done
