Nintendo Takes Kirby Mass Attack on Tour with Snacks

In a day and age where most of the big promotional tours go towards the Halos, Call of Duty titles, and Legend of Zeldas in the industry, it's nice to see Kirby still gets his day in the sun.

Specifically, he gets his day in three cities around the United States this month, as Nintendo's announced a series of "Kirby Snack Attack Truck Tour" events. According to Market Watch, specially marked trucks will be hosting open hands-on demos of the game, along with handing out fruit treats. All we need now is a Legend of Zelda fish taco truck and we'll really be in business.

PS: Is there really a place in Texas called "Upper Kirby Neighboorhood?"

Kirby Snack Attack Truck Tour Schedule

  • Sept. 14: Rockefeller Plaza, New York City
  • Sept. 14-15: San Francisco Bay Area
  • Sept. 16-18: Upper Kirby Neighborhood, Houston
