Call of Duty 6 release set for 2009

Ken Lally completeS voice-over work on game

A sixth installment of the hugely-popular first-person shooter (FPS) game Call of Duty has been confirmed.

According to Joystiq, work on the computer game, which will be called Call of Duty:Modern Warefare 2, is well under-way and is scheduled to be released sometime this year.

The game will be set in the present, unlike the previous release World at War, which took place during World War II. The website also says actor Ken Lally, who has previously appeared is US TV show Heroes, has confirmed he has completed voice-work for the computer game.

Call of Duty:World at War is the fifth installment of the FPS game and was released last year
