UK Apple iPad pricing leaked online

Play.com and Expansys to stock Apple iPad

Online retailers Play.com and Expansys will both stock Apple's iPad when it hits the UK at the end of April.

According to tech website Electricpig, Play.com had posted the UK pricing for Apple's highly-anticipated slate PC via Google Products.

The website said searching for 'Apple iPad 16GB' on Google Products displayed a price of £499 on Play, while the 64GB version was listed a costing £699. However, the listing in Google Products has since been removed.

The Play.com website has all three versions of the iPad listed, but simply says the device is 'coming soon', with no indication of price.

Meanwhile, Expansys also has all three versions of the iPad listed on its website, under the category Slate PC. The devices are available for pre-order now, without a price.

However, Expansys has revealed it will won't charge customers until stock is available and the item is ready to be shipped.
