Nominate your top technology woman

Deadline for entries is 1 August

All women working in IT, computing or the high-tech industry are invited to become nominees for the Technology Woman category of the 2011 Network of Aspiring Women Awards (NAWA).

Women running their own businesses or those employed in a corporate setting are all eligible to enter the awards.

To enter, women need to provide 350 words in support of their application. The winner will receive press support, three hours of mentoring from one of NAWA's judges, and a free VIP ticket to the awards lunch.

The national NAWA awards was set up by Jo Cameron, a former contestant on the BBC's The Apprentice show, and aim to celebrate the achievements of women throughout the UK.

The deadline for nominations is Monday 1 August. The awards lunch will take place on 30 September in Birmingham at Villa Park.

The nomination form can be found here.
