Defunct online boo-tique, is set to relaunch on the day before Halloween under the management of its new owner, in New York, which bought the domain name and other assets in June, said in a statement it would not operate the site as a direct retailer.

Instead, the company said that the new Web site will operate as a portal linking online shoppers directly to products sold on the Internet by manufacturers and retailers.
