First Commodore Gaming PCs on sale in UK

New Commodore Gaming website online today

Commodore Gaming PCs will be available via its new online store in the UK for the first time today.

At 4pm, CommodoreGaming.com will start taking orders for the new range of high-end gaming PCs, which were launched at CeBit in March.

The online store will be launching across Europe in mid May, alongside retail outlets in UK, Germany, France and the Benelux. Further details on retailers for European territories will be released shortly.

Bala Keilman, CEO for Commodore Gaming, said: “This marks a new chapter in the history of Commodore, opening our webshop to offer great gaming PCs that are as unique as they are customisable. We’re extremely excited and proud to offer our range of exceptional gaming machines and since PC gaming and online gaming is about instant entertainment, this is what we intend to deliver with machines that will satisfy everyone from the casual gamer to the professional.”

The top-end Commodore PC includes a quad-core Intel Core 2 Extreme processor, 4GB of RAM and an Nvidia GeForce 8800 GTX graphics card – more than enough to run today's demanding titles. But there's an entry-level model too, and four systems in total, many of which will be available with flashy, custom-designed cases.
