Mac OS X Leopard launch date rumours

OS 10.5 training date points to spring release

The evidence points toward a late spring release of the latest Apple OS. Apple experts recently announced an intensive Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard training session in the UK this June, and Amazon is set to publish a group of OS X Leopard guides from respected Mac authors.

"This is expected to be the first available ACSA (Apple Certified System Administrator) training event for Mac OS X 10.5," the companies involved involved in the training told PC Advisor's sister title Macworld.co.uk.

Adding extra weight to the notion of a late spring release of Apple's new Mac OS X system, giant online retailer Amazon has published information on a slew of Mac OS X 'Leopard' guides from authors including Scott Kelby, David Pogue, and Andy Ihnatko. All of these titles are set to debut in the Mac/June time-frame.

The 22nd Apple Europe Training Camp takes place between 13-21 June 2007 and is being presented by Apple Training Europe and Amsys, working with Apple Authorised Training company, Agnosys.

The training camp brings Apple technical professionals from across Europe together for Apple technical training.

Amsys will deliver training and certification to ACTC (Apple Certified Technical Coordinator) and ACSA levels. The full course costs £1,967. This fee incudes: air travel, hotel accommodation, all meals, all training materials and exam fees.
