Nine fixes on Microsoft Patch Tuesday

And this time it’s critical

There will be nine security fixes - eight of them critical - on Microsoft Patch Tuesday, the company has said.
After a quiet September, the eight critical patches are all updates to the Windows OS and will be released next week. The other update, for both Windows and Exchange, is rated as important.
Microsoft also will release an updated version of the Microsoft Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool on Windows Update, Microsoft Update, Windows Server Update Services and the Download Center. However, the tool will not be distributed using Software Update Services.
Last month, Microsoft initially released one software fix on Patch Tuesday, then pulled the patch a day later due to "quality" issues.
