Multivision: the saga continues

Customers still in the dark

A week and a half after computer manufacturer Multivision closed its doors to the public, many customers are still uncertain as to where they stand.

Administrator, Griffin and King, has not yet found a buyer for the company and therefore cannot at this stage honour any guarantees or warranties.

Those people who have returned machines for repair, will be contacted imminently to collect them on a choice of dates.

Customers who ordered and paid for goods but have not yet received them will be contacted by letter in the next few days. If you're waiting for delivery of a Multivision system and you paid by credit card, contact your bank immediately to arrange a refund.

Anyone with queries can call Griffin and King on 01922 722 205.
