Dell has become the latest vendor to join PC Advisor's band of IT companies offering an official helping hand via our Consumerwatch forum.
The world's biggest direct PC company has created it's own 'thread' in ConsumerWatch, inviting customers to forward "questions or queries on your Dell system that you feel remain unresolved". And the company has conjured up an email address for that very purpose — IEUK_CustomerRelations@dell.com.
Dell joins the likes of Mesh, Evesham, Time, Multivision, Watford Electronics, Pipex and Ebuyer in creating an official presence. Dell's thread can be viewed here.
