Comet & Mesh offer 'build your own PC' deal

Customised systems available from Comet's site

UK retailer Comet has added a build-your-own-PC feature to its website following an exclusive deal with UK manufacturer Mesh.

Several basic PC specs are available on the new Comet site and customers are invited to customise the components by adding faster processors, larger hard drives, more powerful graphics cards, additional software and various mouse and speaker options.

The budget Windows Vista-based system – the Elite Style - starts at £349 with top-of-the-range Xtreme GTX Power costing £2,200. Plus, Comet is throwing in free delivery and a one-year on-site Mesh warranty.

"Over half a million people have chosen to buy direct from Mesh. We are very proud to have been given the chance to offer our unique mix of quality, performance and value directly to Comet customer base," said Mesh's managing director Tony Riccardi.
