Apple iTunes 2007 top 10 revealed

Amy Winehouse leads way in album sales

Apple has revealed the most popular singles and albums sold via iTunes UK during 2007, with British acts Amy Winehouse, Mika and the Arctic Monkeys leading the album sales pack.

The iTunes team hasn't been specific as to the number of times each item has been downloaded, but does reveal that Mika's 'Grace Kelly' single was the most downloaded track, followed by Rihanna's 'Umbrella'.

Amy Winehouse's 'Back To Black' was the most downloaded album of the year, followed by Mika's 'Life In Cartoon Motion' then Arctic Monkeys' 'Favourite Worst Nightmare'.

The top 10 UK albums are as follows;

1: Amy Winehouse - 'Back to Black'

3: Arctic Monkeys - 'Favourite Worst Nightmare'
