Apple’s mystery 4GB iPod nano 4G on sale now

UK set for £95 iPod nano, US for $129 4GB model?

4GB versions of Apple's new iPod nano (4th generation, or 4G) have reportedly gone on sale in several European countries, despite Apple announcing only 8GB and 16GB models on September 9 at its "Let's Rock" event featuring CEO Steve Jobs.

Available in nine colours the 4GB iPod nano 4G is listed on the German Amazon retail site at €129. It also appears in retailers from the Netherlands and Austria.

If they became available in the UK, one would therefore expect a price of around £95.

In the US the 4Gb iPod nano 4G would be expected to cost $129.

Pictures of the 4GB iPod nano 4G appeared on engadget and One More Thing.
