Apple fixes iTunes Library bug

iTunes 7.3.1 update available now

Apple has updated iTunes, with the new iTunes 7.3.1 fixing 'minor' problems with the previous version.

According to notes provided with the update, "iTunes 7.3.1 addresses a minor problem with iTunes 7.3 accessing the iTunes Library”. No other details were provided.

iTunes' last major update was released on June 29, adding support for the iPhone. It allowed users to activate service for their phone and sync the iPhone with music, movies, TV shows and more. iTunes 7.3 also enabled users to share digital photos from any computer in the house with an Apple TV.

iTunes 7.3.1 is available from Apple's website or from the software update mechanism in Mac OS X.
