Watch Steve Jobs unveil Apple's iMac in 1998

It was 10 years ago today that Apple started selling its iconic bubble-shaped iMac computer. On August 15, 1998 Apple transformed how people saw computers – and the industry and interior decorating was never the same again.

Apple unveiled the iMac on May 6 1998, but didn’t start selling it till August 15 – but in the meantime it took 150,000 orders for what was soon the fastest-selling Mac ever.
