Medion Lifetab E7310

German vendor Medion has launched its £77 Lifetab E7310 tablet with Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.

If the Nexus 7 at £199 or even the Tesco Hudl and Kindle Fire HD at £119 sound too expensive then the Medion Lifetab might fit your small budget. The firm's new tablet costs just £77 and is available online and in-store at Asda now. See also: Medion LifeTab E10310 review: a 10.1-inch Android tablet for only £167.

Medion said the Lifetab E7310 has 'the latest technology' and offers 'outstanding value for money'. See also: The 14 best tablets of 2013: What is the best tablet you can buy in the UK right now?

For your humble £77 you get a 7in tablet weighing 305g with a resolution of 1024 x 600. The Lifetab has an ARM Cortex A9 1.4 GHz processor and 8 GB of internal storage. Luckily a microSD card slot is included so you can add up to a further 64 GB.

Further specifications include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, a 2 Mp camera and a 0.3 Mp front facing webcam. Android 4.1 Jelly Bean comes complete with apps such as Documents to Go and Drawing Pad.

It's not a hugely impressive specification sheet but the price is certainly cheap. The Medion Lifetab E7310 comes with a 24 month warranty.
