Specifications include a 10.1-inch LED screen with a resolution of 1280 x 800 and an Nvidia Tegra 3 quad-core processor. This is accompanied by 1GB of RAM and a choice of 16GB or 32GB internal storage priced at £329 and £379, respectively.

Cameras have not received an upgrade since the AT300 so come in at 5Mp at the rear and 2Mp at the front. Toshiba touts battery life of up to 10 hours of video playback and 12 hours for a more varied usage model.

Connectivity includes an SD card slot, micro USB, combined audio out and microphone in port and micro HDMI output.
