New digital camcorders launched by Canon

New models join recently launched compact cameras

Alongside its new range of digital compact cameras and a brand new digital SLR, Canon has also launched a range of digital camcorders that are compact, lightweight and feature flash memory, which is quick, quiet and allows users to shoot for longer without running out of power.

The FS100 and FS11 record to SD or SDHC memory cards, which make it ultra-easy to share or upload film onto a computer while the HF10 and HF100 offer HD recording capabilities. Prices and availability dates have yet to be released.
