Samsung L83T

Samsung today announced the release of the Samsung L83T. This 8.2Mp (megapixel) slim, aluminium camera includes Samsung's Intelligent Face Recognition Technology, image stabilisation, red-eye fix and a selection of multimedia options.

The Samsung L83T has a 3x optical zoom, movie mode enabling footage to be captured in four resolutions, an ISO of 1600 and a bright 2.5in LCD screen.

The Face Recognition feature enhances image quality with the camera automatically adjusting auto focus and auto exposure. The image stabilisation system also improves shots, making it easier to take photographs even in low light conditions. Another feature of the Samsung L83T, Samsung’s Wise Shot, takes two shots consecutively, one with image stabilisation and one with flash, so the user has a choice between the two.

The Samsung L83T will be available from August priced at £179.
