Corsair Vengeance laptop memory kit launches

Memory kit boosts Core i5 and i7 laptops

The average laptop these days is pretty capable: dual and quad core processors are commonplace, and high-definition playback expected. The one area that could usefully be improved upon is arguably the RAM. Corsair’s Vengeance high-performance DDR3 modules boost this to 4GB or 8GB and are designed to take advantage of the number-crunching potential of second-generation Intel Core i5 and i7 processors. Corsair explains that the 1866MHz and 1600MHz Sodimms are particularly aimed at boosting gaming performance.
