Epson Stylus Office B42WD inkjet printer

Epson has unveiled the Stylus Office B42WD, a duplex inkjet printer, which the company claims is designed to save firms money.

Epson says the A4 printer, which is capable of printing high-quality black documents at a speed of 15 pages per minute (ppm) and colour documents at 7.1ppm, has a cost-per-page that 50 percent less lower than other laser printers.

The Epson Stylus Office B42WD has a front-loading paper tray that holds up to 250 sheets, along with Wi-Fi connectivity and Epson's DURABrite Ultra Ink individual cartridge system that means only the colours which has run out needs to be replaced.

"The B42WD is ideal for small businesses wanting fast, fuss-free printing. It offers laser-like quality and inkjet affordability for professional results that won't bust the budget," said Simon Hanly, product manager for micro business inkjets at Epson UK.

The Epson Stylus Office B42WD will be available from February 2011 and will be priced at £99.99.
