Compro VideoMate IP70 webcam

Compro has launched the VideoMate IP70 - a webcam capable of capturing high-definition images.

The webcam features cluster of professional class infrared LEDs which allows it to be used in both light and dark conditions. A light sensor automatically identifies whether the LEDs need to be switched on or off.

Video is captured at either a resolution of 640x480 pixels at 30fps (frames per second) or 1280x1020 pixels and 15fps.

The Compro VideoMate IP70 also has a built-in microphone, integrated MicroSD slot and 4x digital zoom.

The webcam can be connected to a PC via Ethernet and then users can remotely access the webcam's video feed using any PC with an internet connection.

Priced at £95, the Compro IP70 is available now.
