Hannspree HF 'Metropolitan' LCD monitors

Hannspree has unveiled its HF range of 'Metropolitan' monitors, which is says are aimed at those looking for minimalist style.

There are two LCD monitors in the range - the 20in HF207AP and the 23in HF237HP. Hannspree says the monitors could easily be mistaken for TVs as they feature a high gloss, black mirror finish and curved slim frame.

The HF237HP has a resolution of 1,920x1,080 WUXGA full HD and features a HDMI connection and X-Contrast technology with a contrast ratio of up to 15,000:1 to offer exceptional clarity. Users will also benefit from a 'hotkey' that allows an image that appears stretched in the standard 16:9 widescreen aspect ratio 'Full Mode' to be instantly transformed into the perfect 4:3 'Fit Mode'.

The HF207AP has a 1,600x900 16:9 resolution and a 170 degree viewing angle as well as the X-Contrast technology with a contrast ratio of up to 15,000:1 featured on the HF237HP.

The HF237HP is available exclusively via Misco.co.uk priced at £134.99, while the HF207AP can be purchased through via Kikatek.com for £99.

Hannnspree also said 25in and 28in HF monitors will be introduced into the range in the future.
