Acer is finally launching the twin-SIM Tempo DX900 smartphone that was unveiled back in March. Acer claims the DX900 is the world’s first dual-sim smartphone to support both 3G and 2G SIMs.
The Acer Tempo DX900 is designed for those who want to maintain separate phone contracts without the hassle of carrying round two handsets. You can switch easily between the two SIMs via Phone1 and Phone2 buttons at the top of the touchscreen display.
As well as the 2.8in touchscreen display, the Acer Tempo DX900 features a 3Mp camera, GPS and Wi-Fi. It weighs 147g and has dimensions of 106x61x17mm.
The Acer Tempo DX900 should cost approximately £400.
