Zeemote JS1 Bluetooth Controller for BlackBerry

Zeemote JS1 Bluetooth Controller for BlackBerryOh dear, it's game over. The Zeemoote JS1 wireless games controller for mobile phones has just come out for BlackBerry.

That means your (ok, my) best efforts to keep your BlackBerry smartphone as a business phone and nothing else have all been for nought. If you're an easily distracted gadget fan, the temptation to try out the Zeemote with a range of different games from the BlackBerry App World Store is sure to be strong.

Zeemote, which already offers a Nintendo Wii-style Bluetooth gaming controller for Sony Ericsson Walkman phones, says the BlackBerry-compatible version will work with all RIM smartphones that have a trackball navigator. A list of supported devices can be found at www.zeemote.com/blackberry.

The device is powered by a pair of AA batteries, communicates with the smartphone using Bluetooth and requires a software download from zeemote.com/zeekey.

As well as helping you indulge in some furious phone-based gameplay, the Zeemote JS1 can be used for day-to-day phone navigation and control. It will work will almost any application downloaded from BlackBerry App World.

The Zeemote JS1 Controller is also available for various Nokia, Samsung and LG handsets.
