LG KC910 8Mp cameraphone

LG is to launch its first 8Mp full-touchscreen mobile phone. The LG KC910 will closely resemble LG's popular Viewty handset.

The LG KC910 is 14mm thick and has a 3in touchscreen. The 8Mp camera features a Xenon flash, auto and manual focus modes, face tracking and smile and blink detection. The handset will be able to capture 120fps (frames per second) video.

Multimedia functions include the ability to play DivX and Xvid movies, without the need for additional coding. The phone also has Dolby Mobile - an audio feature that offers a clean and powerful bass during music playback.

The KC910's built-in GPS that can be used for turn-by-turn navigation. The phone also supports Wi-Fi, 3G and HSDPA connectivity for fast access to the web. Sports enthusiasts can also make use of the Jogging Buddy facility that uses GPS to help track routes for workouts.

Available from October, pricing has yet to be released for the LG KC910.
