Toshiba Satellite Pro L670 laptop

Toshiba has unveiled a new range of Satellite Pro laptops. The 17.3in Satellite Pro L670 is joined by the 15.6in Satellite Pro L650 and the 15.6in Toshiba Satellite Pro C650.

All three models have ergonomic keyboards and multi-touch trackpads. These support gestures including pinch, swipe and zoom. The Satellite Pro laptops offer wireless connectivity and Toshiba's own Eco Utility software also allows users to monitor the laptop's power and switch to energy saving mode at the touch of a button.

The Toshiba Satellite Pro L670 and L650 come with either Intel Core i3 or i5 processors, along with up to 500GB hard disk drives and up to 4GB of RAM.

Also new in the 2010 line-up is the Toshiba Satellite Pro C650 laptop. This comes with a choice of AMD or Intel processor, a 320GB hard drive and 4GB of RAM.

All three also feature a webcam and DVD writer, while the L670 snd L650 come with a HDMI port that ensures users can view content store on the laptop on a HD screen.

Optional docking stations USB docking stations and a choice of Windows 7 Professional or Home Premium are also available for the laptops.

Prices have yet to be announced for the laptops, which will be available from June.
