Fujitsu-Siemens Esprimo Mobile V laptops

Fujitsu-Siemens has introduced a new laptop range based around nVidia GeForce 8200M graphics and Intel Core 2 Duo and Celeron Duo processors.

The Fujitsu-Siemens Esprimo Mobile V range of laptops goes onsale in the UK this month and starts at €599. 3G broadband will be offered as an upgrade option.

The Fujitsu-Siemens Esprimo models are all 15.4in widescreen laptops and are offered with a choice of processors and with hard disks ranging from 120GB to 320GB. Customers can also choose whether they want 1GB or 2GB of RAM. However, all models come with a standard nVidia GeForce 8200M graphics chip, a DVD drive, Wi-Fi connectivity and a full-size, ergonomic keyboard.

Further customisation options include Bluetooth, additional USB ports and a choice of media card readers.

The laptops measure 363x259x37mm, weigh 2.8kg and come in any colour as long as it's silvery-grey. Pricing starts at €599 (£489) for the laptops and also Esprimo Mobile V models will be available from mid-November.
