Popcorn Hour C-200 Media Tank

The prize for bizarrest product title around this week goes to AdvancedMP3Players which has started selling a network media player known as the Popcorn Hour C-200 Media Tank.

The device connects to your PC, home network and digital devices with a USB port, and allows users to stream music, image and video files to a TV.

The C-200 Media Tank is an updated version of a previous model, the A-110, and has a faster processor and improved HD video compression. This makes for smoother high-definition viewing.

A wireless remote control, gigabit ethernet (and connecting cable) and the option to add a Blu-ray drive all feature. The C-200 has a built-in LCD display to make menu selection easier. 

"We've been waiting for someone to combine the latest video technologies in to one unit and the C200 is that device. Simple to use, with Blu-ray now on board, it is surely the consummate product for the film and movie lover," said Andy Gordon, managing director of Advanced MP3 Players, which is stocking the C-200.

The Popcorn Hour C-200 media streamer is available from Advanced MP3 Players now, priced at £309.
