Philips PET730, PET830 and PET1030 portable DVD players

Philips' new portable DVD player range appears to take its design cues from its digital photo frames, with deep borders and translucent stands. Each of these players is widescreen and comes with a car mount. The PET730 is a 7in model, the 830 is a 8.5in player while the PET1030 has a 10.2in display. They come with two 3.5mm headphone jacks so both passengers can enjoy whatever's playing. Dolby 5.1 Surround Sound support makes them useful adjuncts to home entertainment kit, while format support covers DVD+/-R and RW, SVCD, DivX and Mpeg4, Jpeg, MP3 and WMA.
