Gaming fans are bound to start champing at the bit about these: Mesh has come up with a range of high-end desktop machines primed with not one but two ATI Radeon HD 4890 graphics cards.

The Mesh Xtreme II packs a single HD 4890 card set at standard clock speeds, while the £1,399 ATI Radeon HD 4890 Xtreme II TT indicates a turbocharged model that has been tweaked to please the most competitive PC fan.

The 64bit Vista Home Premium machines are packed with 8GB of DDR2 SDRAM 800MHz, a terabyte of storage, 1GB of ATI graphics firepower and a 3GHz AMD II Phenom X4 940 Black Edition quad-core AM2+ processor. Phew!

The single-card Xtreme II machines have a starting price of £899 inc VAT. For full details see the Mesh website.
