Icubes Shuttle XPC SH67H3 barebones PC launched

Purchase chasis with chipset or configure your own system

Icubes has revealed that it is to stock the latest barebones PC by specialist Shuttle. The Shuttle SH67H3 XPC comes in versions for Intel Core i3, Core i5 and Core i7 processors.

The Shuttle XPC is less than a third the size of a standard desktop PC tower housing an ATX motherboard. Powered by an Intel h67 Express chipset, the tiny PC measures just 323x208x189mm, meaning it's an ideal multimedia machine. The barebones kit contains the case, connectors, power supply and motherboard. Other components are left to the customer to specify. The Icubes website lists compatible components depending on the Intel Core i3, i5 or i7 processor chosen. Customers can then choose from a list of compatible hard disk drives and memory.

The Shuttle SH67H3 has room for large dual-slot graphics cards, supports up to 16GB of DDRM3 memory, Wi-Fi, HDMI and DVI connections. Four USB 3.0 ports, four USB 2.0 connectors and two eSATA ports are split across the front and rear panels.

An integrated cooling engine traps CPU heat and uses passive convection to pass that heat to conductors to the rear of the machine.

The Shuttle XPC SH67H3 is available now and priced from £247.32 inc VAT.
