Lenovo IdeaCentre A700 all-in-one PC

Hot on the heels of its launch in the US last month, Lenovo has started UK sales of its 23in IdeaCentre A700 all-in-one (AIO) PC. Originally announced this spring, the home entertainment-focused Lenovo IdeaCenter A700 first went onsale in the US at the start of July.

Powered by an Intel Core i7 processor, the AIO has a 1920x1080-pixel Full HD display. The screen can be tilted to ensure the viewing angle suits you. Dolby Home Theatre speakers are embedded in the Lenovo IdeaCentre A700 while video playback and gaming is enhanced by support for DirectX 11 graphics.

Less than an inch thick, the glossy black IdeaCentre A700, which runs Windows 7 Home Premium, has 4GB of memory and a ITB hard disk drive.

Users will also benefit from a three-in-one mouse that offers mouse, pointer and motion controller capability, and side and back-mounted USB ports, Wi-Fi connectivity, a HDMI port and a five-in-one card reader.

The IdeaCentre A700 will be available in the UK later this month and will start at £999.
