Bowers & Wilkins unveil P3 headphones

Affordable and stylish headphones

Bowers & Wilkins have announced the P3 budget headphones.

The P3 headphones are a more affordable follow-up to the P5 model. They have been designed and tuned by the same engineers behind the P5 and will be available in June for £169.

Bowers & Wilkins said: "With over 45 years of acoustic and design excellence to their name, the Bowers & Wilkins P3 headphones represent a new level in affordable mobile headphone listening."

The on-ear P3 headphones will be available in black or white colours and have a folding design for portability. The design is also comfortable thanks to ultra-light acoustic fabric and memory foam.

There is also a choice of cables with the P3 headphones with optional remote control and microphone for use with devices like smartphones.

"The superior drive unit terminals allow uniform airflow to ensure greater linear movement and less distortion – resulting in a truer, more natural sound that envelops the listener in a private concert for one." Added Bowers & Wilkins.
