House of Marley headphones on show at CES

Eco headphones made from sustainable materials

Headphones are now a fashion statement in their own right, but few can also claim to have eco credentials as well as street cred on their side. House of Marley is to show off a headphone and earphone range at CES for which a percentage of the profits is donated to the 1Love Foundation charity.

House of Marley headphones are the brainchild of the legendary reggae star's son and are crafted from sustainable sources such as bamboo and recycled fibres. We had a cursory look at them late last year and they sound pretty good. A further plus point is that every pair sold benefits Marley’s 1Love Foundation charity. Pricing starts from just £20.

The four-strong range of headphones is available now, with a boombox iPod speaker dock set for launch in the next few weeks.
