iDuck Wireless iPod Speaker

If you're the sort of person who can’t bear to be parted from your iPod and who always has a pair of earphones clamped to their head, you’ll probably understand the concept behind the iDuck. The rubber duck speaker entertains you in the bath while your iPhone or iPod sits out of harm's way on a shelf or somewhere else it won’t get wet.

Tracks from your iTunes library are beamed to the iDuck wirelessly via the egg-shaped transmitter to which the media player is attached. A mini audio jack cable is provided as part of the £25 package. The iDuck can be used with any brand of MP3 player and can also be attached to a mobile phone or a hi-fi.

As well as bathtimes, the iDuck can potentially be used for music playback in a child's paddling pool or on the beach. It has a transmission range of around 10 metres and is powered by 3 AAA batteries (not supplied). The iDuck costs £24.95 from CuteBitz.com
