Roberts iDream DAB iPod dock

Roberts has launched the iDream, a DAB/FM clock radio complete with iPod dock for under £80.

The black and silver radio can pick up DAB and FM radio stations and can also play tracks stored on an iPod attached to it. The iDream also functions as a recharging dock for the iPod.

The Roberts iDream measures 185x75x150mm, features 20 station presets and has a built-in clock and an alarm clock. This can be set to wake up with either the radio, a buzzer or tracks from your iPod. Radio station and track information is displayed on a backlit blue LED display. This can be dimmed so it doesn't keep you awake.

Roberts says that the iDream differs from many similar devices (PURE and Intempo also make combined DAB radios with iPod docks) in that the clock can be set to display by default, rather than the radio station information always showing.

Priced at £79.99, the iDream is bundled with a remote control and available now through Roberts.
