Ion iPTUSB Portable USB Turntable

Archiving your record collection is getting an overhaul with a new version of the Ion USB turntable.

The USB turntable – which enables you to rip your vinyl records and digitise them for posterity – was a runaway success. Now, maker Ion has made a sleeker, more polished version that fits inside a standard record case so you can take it out on the road or round to a friend’s house.

This 'portable' USB turntable comes with EZ Vinyl Converter software, while the Gracenote MusicID database recognises tracks and adds their details to your music library.

The Ion iPTUSB Portable USB Turntable costs £90 inc VAT from www.firebox.com
