Apple 24in LED Cinema display

Apple has launched a new 24in LED Cinema display complete with iSight video camera, microphone and speakers.

The slimline aluminium widescreen display, which has a Mini DisplayPort so it can be used with MacBook laptops, has a resolution of 1,920x1,200. It features LED-backlit technology. This is used to boost the overall brightness of the screen and to ensure the screen operates at maximum brightness as soon as the display is switched on. The Apple Cinema display comes with three USB ports.

Priced at £649, the 24in display will be available in the UK from November.
