» I need help installing software from the cover disc.
Scroll through the PDF document to find detailed information about each application on the disc. There are links to websites for each of the programs and system requirements for the main programs on the disc. If the software on the disc requires a serial number or registration code, there will be a link on the appropriate page. Click the links to register, making sure that you provide a valid email address.
To receive software serial codes from the PC Advisor website, you first need to be a registered user of our site. When you initially register, you will be sent an email containing a confirmation code for your PCAdvisor.co.uk membership. You need to confirm your membership (by clicking the link in the email you receive) and then return to the appropriate product registration page and follow the instructions to get the software code. If you are already a registered user, simply log in and then follow the instructions to obtain the code.
Also included on the cover disc interface are upgrade offers from software developers, where you may be able to purchase the latest versions at a special discounted rate.

The Ashampoo Cover Finder program is promoted as a full program worth £20, all the features are available for the duration of 1-year (365 day licence from install) this information is included in the cover disc section of the magazine and on the disc interface. The special edition put forward on the cover disc for PC Advisor comes with 300 credits (Ashampoo's normal shareware has 30 days and 50 credits). Ordering a subscription
» Why take out a subscription?
By taking out a magazine subscription you save money on the cover price. You will also receive every issue delivered free to your door, before it’s available in the shops.
» When does my subscription start?
Your subscription will start with the next available issue. If you subscribe online, you will see a drop-down list from which you can choose your start issue. When you have ordered your subscription you will receive a confirmation letter, which will state your start issue, last issue and subscriber number.
» When does my subscription end?
If you pay by cheque or credit card your subscription will end once you have received all ordered issues. We will send you subscription renewal reminders when your subscription is coming to an end. If you pay by Direct Debit, your subscription will continue until you decide to cancel. You can check the number of issues remaining on your subscription at any time by emailing [email protected]
» Acceptable forms of payment
You can pay for your subscription by credit or debit card, cheque, or by Direct Debit. If you wish to be invoiced please contact the customer service team. Please be aware that we do not accept subscription payments by BACs transfer.
» Why pay by Direct Debit?
UK customers can pay for a subscription by Direct Debit. Direct Debit payments are automatically renewed upon expiry. You will be informed in advance if the price is to be increased. Direct Debit customers are protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee so you will be able to cancel at any time and receive a full refund on all unmailed issues.
» How do I order a gift subscription?
Simply follow the ordering instructions and submit the address details for the recipient into the delivery address section. You will receive an acknowledgement confirming the gift subscription, the subscriber number and the start and expiry issue.
» Can I order a subscription for delivery outside the UK?
Subscriptions are available for countries outside the UK. Please visit our websites or contact customer service for overseas subscription rates. Overseas orders will be charged in GB£ sterling. Please note that subscription gifts are not available to overseas subscribers.

Renewal reminders will be sent to you before the end of your subscription.
