Windows 8 PC Settings screen

In Windows 8 and Windows RT, there are a number of different ways to find and change your settings. So here's how to access the Control Panel and PC Settings on a Windows 8 PC, laptop or tablet.

PC Settings is a new section of Windows 8 where you can, well, change the settings of your PC. You can personalise, set your notifications, control user account and more. You can also use the traditional Control Panel as with previous versions of Windows.
