One thing to try if Outlook Express won't print emails, is re-registering the DLL file, as our Helproom editor explains.

QUESTION I'm having trouble printing email messages from Outlook Express on my PC running Windows Vista and Internet Explorer. I receive the following error message:

Script error. An error has occurred
in the script on this page
Line 2053
Char 1
Error unspecified error
Code 0
URL res://ieframe.dll/preview.js
Do you want to continue running
scripts on this page?
Yes\No

The computer locks up following this error message and I have to use the Ctrl, Alt, Del command to restart. I've tried uninstalling and then reinstalling my Epson printer drivers, but to no avail. Ray Sparkes

HELPROOM ANSWER This problem can often be fixed by re-registering a DLL file. Type command into the Start menu Search box. Choose 'Command Prompt' from the menu. Enter regsvr32 ole32.dll into the Command Prompt window that appears. Exit the Command Prompt and reboot.
