Bookmarks are a great tool for web users. By simply pressing Ctrl and D or hitting Bookmark this page goes into the Bookmarks menu, web users can save a site so they can access it at the click of a button rather than trawling through hundreds of pages. But this can result in a massive bookmarks list containing hundreds of links. However, you can manage your bookmarks list by add folders and placing the bookmarks in these folder, or re-arranging the order bookmarks appear in and even delete bookmarks. Here's how to manage your bookmarks in Firefox 5.
From the menus at the top of the browser, select Bookmarks.
To re-order any of the bookmarks displayed, click on the bookmark and drag it to the new position.
Alternatively to create a folder to store specific bookmarks in your list in, right click on a bookmark and then select New folder. You'll be required to enter a name for the folder, and you can also add an optional description. Press Add. The folder will appear in your Bookmarks list. You can add bookmarks to it by simply dragging and dropping them onto the folder, or you change where the folder appears in the Bookmark list the same way as described in step two.
To delete a bookmark, right click on the bookmark and then select Delete. The bookmark will be removed.
