How to delete a program that won't uninstall

QUESTION I’m trying to uninstall Pinnacle Studio 11.0, but it has no uninstall option and isn’t visible in the Add/Remove Programs menu.

HELPROOM ANSWER The program’s installer has probably become corrupted. Open Computer and double-click the C drive to find the Program Files folder. Double-click the Pinnacle folder and delete the Studio 11.0 file found within.

Next, download RegDelete for Studio 11.0. Double-click the file and select Pinnacle Studio 11.0 under ‘Products to be removed’. Select ‘User registration and activation data’, Clean.
