8. AD Blocker has a comprehensive range of tools to block online adverts. You can block all Flash content by checking the ‘Enable Flash blocker’ option in the AD Blocker window. If you wish to view Flash on certain sites, on the other hand, simply add their details to the Rule box and select URL White Filter, Add.

9. IE7Pro comes with a prepared list of filter rules; click Default Filters and scroll down the list to view these. If you aren’t happy with the default filters and would rather use your own, untick the box for ‘Enable default filter rules’. The program will then revert to the filters you’ve entered manually.

10. You can view which sites have been filtered by AD Blocker at any time. Right-click the IE7Pro icon, enter AD Blocker and select View Filter Info. If you decide to block a site, right-click it, select Add Rule, then choose a rule for this site from the drop-down menu of AD Blocker options that appears.
