How to use your printer's settings properly

Click on the Layout tab to specify the page orientation and other essentials. Here you can choose to have several pages or several photos on a single sheet. You can also select duplex printing if your printer supports it. If you're creating a report or an album of snaps, various binding options can be selected.

Under the Quality tab you'll find choices for the printer's colour range and the resolution at which the page should be printed. If you've used a specific colour set, select this under the Custom settings. Otherwise, choose the option that best describes the document type. For more options, select Custom, Details.

Custom colour settings vary - you may have different options to our Xerox printer's.
