Initially taking a screen grab from your mobile phone might seem a bit pointless. Show others exactly what's on your smartphone's screen
Step one
Hold down the home button and then push the top button. The screen will flash and the an image of what's displayed on the screen will be captured. It'll be stored in your camera roll and can be accessed from here.
