No, you don’t need to subscribe to Sky to be eligible for Now TV.
Sky Now TV: What content is available?
To start with, access is limited to Sky Movies.The catalogue has more than 600 films on offer.
Sky Now TV: What other content will be added?
Sky Sports, Sky 1, Sky Atlantic, Sky Arts and Sky Living will all be added to Now TV. Sky hasn't given specific timing for when this will happen.
Sky Now TV: How much does it cost?
Now TV will be flexible in terms of pricing. The first option is to pay a monthly £15 fee for a Sky Movies Pass giving unlimited access to the content.
Alternatively you and pick and choose which content you wish to purchase on a pay-as-you-go basis. Movies cost 99p for classics and £3.49 for new releases.
Sky Now TV: What contract do I have to sign up for?
There will be no minimum contract obligation for users who sign up to Now TV.

Supported includes PC, Mac, iPhone, iPad and some Android devices.

Microsoft Xbox users will get support later this summer but will require an Xbox Live Gold subscription to access Now TV.
The service will also be available on YouView when it launches while Sony Playstation 3 and Roku support is in development.
